We offer bespoke 1:1 courses for developing a mindset for excellence in elite sport - tennis, swimming, athletics and others. We rely on research and experience at the highest level in personal development and sport psychology. Courses will be held online or in person, depending on the situation and the needs of the client.
The course is aimed at:
· Elite athletes (aged 12-19) at the beginning of their career
· Elite athletes in any other moment of their career or after retirement.
· Elite sport coaches.
· Parents supporting their children in elite sport;

· Development of mental skills and a positive mindset for performance.
· First 2 sessions are free of charge.
